There are only 25 seats available in M.Ed program. There only 1 centre where students can opt for giving entrance examination for this post graduation course at Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh).
Eligibility Criteria for AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam 2024
To get eligible in AMU M.Ed Entrance Examination and study in this University candidate are required to meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Candidates age should be less than 22 years
• Must have passed LLB or BA LLB or any other equivalent examination from any recognized university or board
• Candidate appearing for AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam should have secure minimum 55% marks of the total marks in aggregate all subjects.
Application Process in AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam 2024
Candidates who are interested in giving AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam can apply online as well as in offline mode. The application form will be available by last week of February 2024.
Offline Mode:
• Candidates are suppose to visit the official website www.amu.ac.in
• Take the print out of the form
• Fill the form along with that put your signature as well as thumb impression at the mentioned place and attach your recent passport size photograph on the form.
• Prepare a demand draft which is issued from a nationalize bank in favour of “Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh” payable at Aligarh. The demand draft should be of Rs. 300/-
• Attach the required documents along with demand draft with your form and submit your form in 2nd week of March 2024 at the office of AMU
Online Mode:
• Candidates are suppose to visit the official website www.amu.ac.in
• Create your login id on the site.
• Make sure that you have entered valid email id and mobile number on site
• After creating your login id, fill up the online application form
• Upload your colour passport size photograph, your digital signature and documents mentioned the application form.
• Candidates have the facility to pay Rs. 300/- fees online either using debit card or credit card.
• The last date of submitting the application form is by 2nd week of March 2024

Interested candidate can pay the online fees by using either credit card or debit card payment procedure and can also send the demand draft which is issued by any nationalize bank in favour of “Finance Officer, AMU, Aligarh” payable at Aligarh.

Syllabus for AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam 2024
AMU M.Ed Entrance Examination will be conducted tentative on last week of May 2024. The syllabus and exam pattern are mentioned below:
• The exam duration is of 2 hours
• 20 short questions will be asked
• Question will be related to LLB or BA LLB standard
• The test will be of 100 marks
• Every correct objective answer will be of 1 mark each where as 2.5 marks each will be given on correct short answer
Admit Card for AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam 2024
The admit card of the candidate will be available on the official site of AMU. After the announcement of admit card the candidate able to download the card by filling up the application number. Candidate can download and take the print out of their admit card. The admit card will be available in mid of April 2024.
Note: Admit card will not be send by post, candidates are suppose to download the admit card from the official site only.
Results of AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam 2024
Every year the entrance examination is conducted in the month of June and the results of AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam are declared by the 1st week of August 2024. The results of the applicants will be available on the official website where students can mention their enrolment number and can check their results.

Counselling Process of AMU M.Ed Entrance Exam 2024
Shortlisted candidates will not be intimated regarding counselling through separate letters. They are supposed to check the list and the date which will be available on amucontrollerexams.com. Selected candidates have to carry their original mark-sheets and certificates at the time of counselling and if they fail to carry their original certificates and mark-sheets their admission will be cancelled. Downloaded mark-sheets and certificates are not allowed. The counselling process would start tentatively in last week of September 2024.
