Eligibility Criteria:
Applying contenders must be an Indian National / NRI / Foreign National and aspirants should have passed XII Std / HSC (or Equivalent) Examination in Physics, Chemistry & Biology from recognized board or institutions.
Age Criteria:
- Candidates should be must be born on or before 31st December 1999 (For MBBS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing) or 1st October 1999 (For BAMS).
- The candidate must be medically fit and must submit a certificate of medical fitness.
Examination Fees:
Aspirants should need to Pay Rs. 3000/- as examination fee that is should be deposited in an account of AMUPMDC in any Branch of State Bank of India.

- Go to official site of organization that is www.amupmdc.org.
- Now go through “ASSO CET” section and select “Information Brochure of ASSO CET” link.
- Then must read the Information Brochure very carefully and choose the “Apply online” option.
- Must fill the online application form in correct manner.
- Upload the soft copy of passport size photograph and signature at proper place via given option in required size.
- Then submit it properly. On completion of the application process a bank Challan will be displayed on the computer screen.
- At last get print out of it and deposit the requisite application fee in a/c of AMUPMDC in any branch of SBI.
