AP EdCET 2024: Notification regarding AP EdCET Examination is now available!!! Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati is going to conduct the AP EdCET Entrance Test 2024 on 19 -04-2024 on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).
As per the AP Edcet B.Ed Notification, applications are invited from eligible students who want to get admission into B.Ed 2 years Regular Course in the Colleges of Education in Andhra Pradesh State for session 202423. Students who are interested must apply before 05-04-2024.

AP EdCET 2024
AP EdCET Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should be Indian Nationals and they should satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended.
- Students must have passed / appearing for final year examinations of B.A./B.Sc./B.Sc. (Home Science)/B.Com./ B.C.A./B.B.M. at the time of submitting the Application for APEd.CET-2024 with a minimum of 50% marks.
- However the candidates belonging to all other reserved categories i.e. S.C. S.T., B.C. (A/B/C/D/E), and physically handicapped should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
- The candidates who passed B.E/B.Tech, with Mathematics, Physics are eligible to apply for Andhra Pradesh EdCET 2024.

Subject Wise Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limitations:
Students should have completed the age of 19 years on 1st July of the year in which notification is issued and there shall be no maximum age limit.
AP EdCET Fees Details:
Those applicants who are going to submit the AP Edcet 2024 Online Application Form need to pay the AP Edcet Application Form fee through online mode using TS Online /Credit /Debit Card /Net banking.
- For SC/ST Category: Rs. 400/-
- For Other Category: Rs. 600/-

AP EdCET Admission Process:
As per the AP Edcet B.Ed Notification, candidates’ admission in B.Ed Program will be done through their qualifying marks in AP EdCET Entrance Exam 2024 followed by AP EdCET Counseling.

AP EdCET Qualifying Marks:
- Qualifying cut off marks in the entrance test is 25% which means 37 from 150 marks.
- There is not prescribed marks for those who belong to SC and ST category.

- Candidates, who’ve fulfilled above stated AP Edcet B.Ed Eligibility Criteria, may follow below stated guidelines to submit AP Edcet B.Ed Application Form before the end date.
- Students will have to open official website of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education that is apedcet.nic.in.
- On homepage, you may hit on “AP EdCET 2024” link which is visible at upper side of page.
- Now, hit on “Information Brochure / Notification” link from menu bar to read entire details.
- After reading entire details, you may hit on “Online Application” link
- Those who have complete AP EdCET regiatertion process they can directly apply
- New users have to get registered first to get user ID or password.
- Now login using provisional user ID or password and fill AP Edcet 2024 Application Form with all required information.
