Calcutta University Ph.D Admission Eligibility 2024:

• Prior applying for Calcutta University Admission in Ph.D, check eligibility norms from here
• Master degree in Engineering/Technology or its equivalent with at least 55% marks in aggregate or as per CU PhD regulation 2016.
• First class in Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / technology and Master’s degree in Science with at least 55% marks in aggregate. However they have to appear and qualify in an Entrance test and have to go through other formalities as per PhD regulation 2016 to apply for www.caluniv.ac.in admission.

Calcutta University Ph.D Fee:

Applicants applying for Ph.D Admission are required to pay Rs.100/- via challan (obtainable from the Cash Counter of the University at the College Street campus) & it must be submitted to address placed below.

Calcutta University Ph.D Admission Criteria:

Admission in Ph.D course is on the basis of Entrance Test. Those who get qualified under Calcutta University Ph.D Admission Test will be invited for interview for final selection. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidate for appearing the Entrance Test or called for the Interview.
