Eligibility Criteria Required for Chandigarh University Admission:
For BE Regular Courses
- Candidates will get admission in BE programmes on the basis of merit in Joint Entrance Examination Mains along with the marks scored in 12th standard or equivalent examination.
For UG Courses
- Aspirants must have done 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized Board.
- Interested contenders should have obtained 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for reserved category) in intermediate studies.
For PG Courses
- It is essential to get passed the Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from any recognized university.
- Contenders must scored 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for reserved category) in graduation.
Admission Process:
The authority will give admission to candidates on the basis of merit in equivalent examination. Or individuals need to qualify the entrance examination which is conducted by the authority of Chandigarh University. - Then hit on the Admissions tab which is present at the top of the home page.
- Read the instructions carefully and select the “Apply Now” option.
- Fill the details and press login button.
- You will receive an e-mail ID and password.
- Enter the e-mail ID and password and hit the proceed button.
- Fill the CU application form and upload the scanned copies of the required documents.
- Deposit the fees through debit/ credit card or by net banking.
- Hit submit button and take a print out of the same for further use.

- Aspirants can download the prospectus cum application form through the official website of the organization.
- Then fill all the correct details in the form and attach the self attested copies of the required documents.
- Enclose it in an envelope with the demand draft of Rs.1000/- in the favour of Chandigarh University.
