- Go to bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
- Rank Card Download:
- Click on the “Rank Card of DCECE-2024” link.
- Enter your roll number and date of birth to download your rank card.
- Online Registration:
- Click on the “Online Counselling Portal of DCECE [PE]-2024”.
- Select “Click here for New Registration”.
- Enter the required details to complete your registration.
- Registration, choice locking, and unlocking will be done through OTP authentication sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
- Choice Filling:
- Log in to the portal and fill in your choices for the desired courses and institutions.
- Ensure that you lock your choices before the last date. Unlocked choices will not be considered.
- Document Verification:
- Candidates must bring the original and self-attested photocopies of the required documents to their assigned Reporting/Nodal Centre for verification.
