एतद् द्वारा सभी संबंधित व्यक्तियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि CWIC No. 16760 of 2023 एवं अन्य दिनांक 20.06.2024 के द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, पटना के आदेश के आलोक में बिहार अधिनियम 18, 2023 के आधार पर तैयार की गयी नामांकन हेतु प्रथम चयन सूची, चार वर्षीय सी०बी०सी०एस० स्नातक प्रथम सेमेस्टर कला, विज्ञान एवं वाणिज्य (प्रतिष्ठा) सत्र- 2024-28 को प्रकाशित की गयी को तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द किया जाता है।

बिहार (शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में नामांकन में) आरक्षण अधिनियम, 2003 (बिहार अधिनियम 16. 2003) (समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित) एवं बिहार सरकार, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग की अधिसूचना सं०- 11/आ०नी0-1-03/2019-2622 दिनांक- 26.02.2019 को अधिसूचित बिहार शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में नामांकन में आरक्षण अधिनियम 2019 के आधार पर तैयार आरक्षण रोस्टर बिन्दु के अनुसार नामांकन हेतु पुनः चयन सूची तैयार कर शीघ्र हीं प्रकाशित की जायेगी
