Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality and Domicile:

• Must be an Indian citizen and a resident of Madhya Pradesh.

1. Educational Qualification:

• Must have passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English from a recognized board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).

1. Age Limit:

• Minimum age should be 17 years as on 31 December 2024.
• Age relaxation as per the Indian Nursing Council regulations.

1. Reservation:

• 25% seats are reserved for ASHA workers in government ANM training centers.

Admission Process

1. Selection Exam:

• Conducted by Employee Selection Board, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal.
• Merit list will be displayed on the official website.

1. Counseling:

• Three rounds of counseling based on merit and preferences.
• Allotment of training centers through Secured API.

Required Documents for Online Application

1. 10th grade mark sheet for date of birth proof.
2. 12th grade mark sheet.
3. Caste certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Madhya Pradesh.
4. EWS certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Madhya Pradesh.
5. Domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh.
6. ASHA worker experience certificate issued by the Chief Medical and Health Officer.

Exam Syllabus

• The exam will be based on the 12th-grade syllabus of MP Board.
• Subjects: Physics (20 marks), Chemistry (20 marks), Biology (20 marks), General Knowledge (20 marks), English (20 marks).
