Eligibility Criteria for MBBS:
Applicants, who are applying for MBBS courses, should have completed passed in 2 years pre university examination with English as one subject and Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects.
Age Limit:
The age of participants should not be less than 17 years on or before 31st day of December in the year of admission.

Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc Nursing:
- Candidates should be Indian citizen.
- Applicants should have studied one or more government institution located in state of Karnataka for a minimum period of seven years from I to II PUC or 12th Standard or SSLC or 10th standard or II PUC or 12th standard.
Age Limit:
Appliers must be born on or before December 31, 1997.
Application Fee:
- Applicants need to pay an amount of application fee of Rs. 400/-for general category and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST category candidates.
- Fee can be paid in the form of Demand Draft.

Steps to fill RGUHS Application Form:
- First of all, contenders are required to visit the official website of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science (RGUHS) that is www.rguhs.ac.in.
- Secondly, select “Affiliation/Admission” tab which is shown at the top side of the homepage.
- Then, select suitable link which you want to apply and read the notification carefully.
- Now, choose “Online Students Admission” option and go for apply online link to fill the application form through online mode.
- After that, must submit photo copies of all the documents (Given below) attested by Gazetted Officer along with the filled application form.

Documents must be attached with form:
- S.S.L.C marks card (for proof of Date of Birth)
- Marks Card of II-PUC or equivalent examination
- Prescribed certificates in the case of candidates claiming reservation under different categories i.e., category & income certificate issued by the Tahasildar of Karnataka only
- Domicile Certificate for 10 years in Karnataka (Issued by the Tahasildar of Karnataka) or Study Certificate of seven years in Karnataka
- Relevant Certificates for those who are claiming exemption for seven years study in Karnataka
- Candidate studied other than Karnataka PUC Board, CBSE Board and ICSC Board should submit the Eligibility Certificate obtained from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore without fail
- Attested photocopy of transfer certificate
- Physically fitness certificate
- Study certificate for having studied in Rural/Kannada medium
