About the Exam
The Joint CSIR-UGC NET is a national-level examination conducted to determine the eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS)/Assistant Professorship in Indian universities and colleges. The exam is held twice a year, typically in June and December.
