The Directorate General of Home Guards (DGHG) has released the admit card for the Physical Measurement and Efficiency Test (PMET) for the recruitment of Home Guards. This recruitment drive aims to fill 10,285 vacancies. The PMET is of qualifying nature only and includes both physical measurement and physical efficiency tests.

• Height:
• Male: 165 cm
• Female: 152 cm

Medical Examination

Selected candidates will undergo a medical examination by the Medical Board in Government Hospitals of GNCT Delhi. The medical standards include:

• Eye Sight:
• Distant Vision: Both eyes should be 6/6 (or) Better eye with correction 6/6 and worse eye vision 6/12 (without correction), (or) Both eyes should be 6/9.
• Near Vision: Both eyes should be JI (or) Better eye with correction JI and worse eye without correction JII (free from color blindness).
• Hearing: Free from any disability.
• Defects or Deformity: Free from any defect or deformity of limbs.
• Disease: Free from hernia, piles, respiratory disease, diabetes, or any other disease affecting work as a Home Guard.
• Other: Should not be flat-footed, suffering from knocked knees, bowed legs, and should not be overweight (BMI 18.5 to 29.9).

Selected candidates must submit a Police Clearance Certificate for verification of character and antecedents through the Delhi Police online portal (pcc.delhipolice.gov.in) while submitting the acceptance of the offer of enrollment.

1. Visit the Online Application Portal for Enrollment of Home Guards Volunteers.
2. Login to Download Admit Card:

• Enter Registration No.
• Enter Date of Birth
• Enter Captcha
• Submit
