Gujarat TET Entrance Exam is conducted for the recruitment teachers in government schools in Gujarat state. Every year Gujarat State Examination Board held the GTET Exam in the month of October 2024.

Gujarat TET Application Form
Gujarat TET Eligibility Criteria:
For Primary Teachers level (Class I to Class V):
- Applicants must have done Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) examination with the aggregate of 45 percent marks.
- Appearing candidates in final 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education / 2 – year Diploma in Education in Special Education were also eligible. OR
- Applicants with B.Sc. /BA / with the score of 50 percent marks and B.Ed qualified candidates were also eligible to apply for GTET 2024 Exam.
For Upper Primary Teachers level (Class VI to Class VIII):
- Contenders must have done B.Sc/ B.A. or those appearing in final 2 year B.A. / D.Ed. /B.Sc. with at least 45 percent marks or cleared/ appearing in B.Ed / Senior Secondary with the score of 50% marks and passed or appearing in 4-year BA/ B.Sc.Ed . OR
- (Ed.)/ final 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) / B.Ed B.Sc. (Ed.), (Special Education) with the aggregate of 50% in B.SC or B.A were eligible for GTET.

- For General/OBC Category: Rs. 350/-
- For SC/ST Category: Rs. 250/-
- Applicants need to pay the application fee through online mode only using Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking etc.
Gujarat TET Selection Process:
- Selection of contenders will be based on marks obtained in Gujarat Teacher Eligibility Test 2024.
- A person who scores 60% or more in the GTET examination will be considered GTET passed’ or ‘GTET qualified’.

- Aspirants, who wish to apply for Gujarat TET Exam 2024 and want to make their Career in Teaching Sector, may fill online Gujarat TET Online Application Form through official website.
- Candidate need to open official web portal of Gujarat School Examination Board which is gujarat-education.gov.in/seb/ or ojas.gujarat.gov.in
- Select ‘TET Notification 2024’ link from “Latest News & Announcements” section which is visible at middle side of page.
- Now, read Gujarat TET Exam Notification very carefully and ensure their eligibility criteria.
- After ensuring the eligibility criteria for GTET Exam 2024, you have to select link of Gujarat TET Exam Online Form.
- Fill it with required information and upload required documents at provided place. And also fill fee details (described below).
- After remitting the amount, revisit the site and process to fill Gujarat TET Online Application Form.
- At last, submit it after completion and take a printout of filled online form for future reference.
