Eligibility Criteria for J&K Domicile Certificate :
- domicile applicant — applicants should have resided in J&K for 15 years,
- studied in the state for seven years and appeared in either the Class 10 or the Class 12 examination
- Children of West Pakistan Refugees, Valmikis, displaced persons, PoK families and Kashmiri migrants settled outside J&K and those living for 15 years,

2 You must be resident of your district at least 15 years or more.

5 School Certificate
6 Tehsil Inquiry report

How to Apply Online Domicile certificate in J&K ?
There are two ways apply for domicile first through Online and Second through Offline. Both ways are mentioned here applicants choose any one of them as per their convenient
Step :1 First of all, you visit JK governments Official website https://www.jk.gov.in/jammukashmir
step 2 Fill up the form with required and true details as given posted image below.
3 After filling this form click on ” Submit” Option then follow further instructions and complete your application.
Step 4. a new pop up displaying the login ID and temporary password, the temporary password has to be changed on first login. The below picture shows the pop up window.
Step:5 Now you can login with your registered User Id and Password to Avail the services which you wants.
for Domicile services you have to select E-Services and in the list of departments , select General Administration Dept and then click on Application for Domicile Certificate.
