TNSET Exam 2021 Notification – Annamalai University has released Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test Notification for Assistant Professor. Interested Candidates can apply for TN-SET for up to July 2021

This year the eligibility test was going to be conducted for 26 subjects. Candidates who cleared TN-SET will get advantages in recruitment of Assistant Professor at various University and Institution in Tamil Nadu

TNSET 2023: Mother Teresa Women’s University will conduct the TNSET 2023 Entrance Exam in First Week of March 2023. The Tamil Nadu SET 2023 is conducted to evaluate the eligibility of the Assistant professor in Tamil Nadu universities and colleges.

TNSET Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification Needed:

• Applicants who have secured at least 55% of marks in Master’s Degree or equivalent examination from Universities/Institutions recognized by UGC New Delhi, in subjects like Sciences, Humanities (including languages) etc are eligible to appear for Tamil Nadu SET 2023 / TNSET.
• Applicants who have appeared or will be appearing at the Master Degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also appear for Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test 2023.

Age Limitation:

• There is no upper age limit for applying for TNSET 2023 Examination.

• For OBC (Non Creamy Layer): Rs. 1250/-

TNSET Selection Process:

• Selection will be done on the basis of performance in the Tamil Nadu SET 2023. There will be 2 rounds: 1st written examination and 2nd personal interview.
• Candidates will first go the written examination and score more than the cutoff marks then only the shortlisted candidates will be called for the final personal interview.

TNSET 2023 Exam Pattern:

• Paper-I will be of General Nature, intended to check the teaching/research aptitude of the Candidate
• Paper-II shall consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions based on the subject selected by the Candidate
• Paper-III will consist of 75 objective type compulsory questions from the subject selected by the Candidate. Each question will carry 2 marks

TNSET 2023 Syllabus:
