Applications are invited in the prescribed format for the following posts with the usual D.A. and other allowances as admissible by the Government of Odisha. The appointments are subject to the outcome of W.P.(C) No. 1273 of 2014 pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack.

Eligibility Criteria
General Criteria
Candidates must:
- Be a citizen of India.
- Be over 18 years and below 32 years as of 20th June 2024 (age relaxation as per government norms).
- Have a good character and sound health.
- Be able to speak, read, and write Odia.
- Have registered their name in an Employment Exchange.
Specific Criteria
Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist / Stenographer Grade-III / Junior Typist
- Passed at least +3 Examination or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- For Junior Typist: Minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Type Writing.
- For Stenographer Grade-III: Minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in English Type Writing per minute.
Documents Required
Candidates must submit the following self-attested documents along with the application:
- H.S.C. Board or equivalent certificates (proof of age and mark sheet).
- +2 or equivalent examination certificates and mark sheet.
- +3 or equivalent examination certificates and mark sheet.
- Diploma in Computer Application certificate.
- Stenography course completion certificate (for Stenographer Grade-III).
- English Type Writing course completion certificate (for Junior Typist).
- Odia M.E. Standard pass certificate.
- Two character certificates.
- Five recent passport size photographs.
- Three self-addressed envelopes with Rs. 30/- postage stamp each.
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
- Disability certificate (if applicable).
- Sports person/Ex-Serviceman certificate (if applicable).
- Valid Employment Exchange Registration Card.
- Conversion certificate for grade marks (if applicable).
- Declaration of single spouse (if applicable).
Application Process
- Submit applications by Registered Post/Speed Post to the Office of the District Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur, or drop in the box kept inside the Court Campus, Civil Court, Berhampur.
- Separate applications for each post must be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
