Application Process

1. Registration:

• Visit HPSC Registration Portal directly or through HPSC Official Website.
• Complete the registration to create a login ID.
• Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP), Aadhar Number & Virtual ID (VID) are required for Aadhar authentication during Biometric attendance.

1. Application Submission:

• After registration, log in using the created ID.
• Apply against the respective advertisement as per qualifications.
• Submit the duly filled application form after payment of the requisite fee.
• Print out the application form, check, sign, and upload it.
• The application process is completed only after the submission of the duly signed application form.

Application Fee

• General Male Candidates / Male candidates of Backward Classes belonging to Creamy Layer / Male candidates of all categories of other States: ₹1000/-
• Female candidates of General category (including Female Dependent of ESM of Haryana) / Female candidates of all categories of other States: ₹250/-
• SC / BC-A / BC-B / ESM candidates of Haryana / Economically Weaker Sections (EWS): ₹250/-
• Persons with Disabilities (with at least 40% disability) of Haryana: Nil

Essential Qualifications

• Common Qualifications:

1. Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
2. Certificate of having qualified Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) / School Teachers Eligibility Test (STET).
3. Consistent good academic record.

• Subject-wise Qualifications:
• PGT Biology: M.Sc. in Zoology/Botany/Bio-Sciences/Bio-Chemistry/Genetics/Micro Biology/Plant Physiology/Bio-Technology/Life Sciences/Molecular Bio. with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Chemistry: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Commerce: M.Com. with Accounting/Cost Accounting/Financial Accounting as a major subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (M.Com. in Applied/Business Economics not eligible).
• PGT Economics: M.A. in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT English: M.A. in English with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Fine Arts: M.A. in Fine Arts with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Geography: M.A. in Geography with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Hindi: M.A. in Hindi with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT History: M.A. in History with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Home Science: M.Sc. in Home Science with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Mathematics: M.A./M.Sc. in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics with Mathematics as one of the subjects at Graduation level with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Music: M.A. in Music with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• PGT Physical Education: M.A. in Physical Education or M.P.Ed. with at least 50% marks and B.P.Ed./D.P.Ed. or its equivalent.

Pattern of Exam

• Screening Test:
• Total number of MCQs: 100
• Subject-wise syllabus enclosed at Annexure-I to XX
• Duration: 2 hours
• Total Marks: 100
• All questions carry equal marks
• One-fourth mark deducted for each wrong answer

Age Limits

• Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 42 years.
