RSCB Bank Recruitment 2024 – Eligibility Criteria

The Rajasthan Co-operative Bank vacancy is released for various posts and the education qualification requirements are different for different posts. Whereas there is a common age limit released for all the posts.

Age Limit: Candidates should be at least 18 years old and a maximum of 40 years old as on July 31, 2024.

Educational Qualification for Senior Manager
The candidate must have an MBA degree (or) two years Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with graduation in any subject or equivalent degree from a recognized college/ university.

Educational Qualification for Manager & Educational Qualification for Banking Assistant
The candidate must be a graduate in any subject or an equivalent qualification recognized by Government.

Educational Qualification for Stenographer
The candidate must be a graduate or an equivalent from an institute established by law in India. The candidate must also have 100 words per minute English shorthand and 80  words per minute Hindi shorthand. Besides that, he/ she must also satisfy the 35 words per minute of typing speed in English and 40 words per minute of typing speed in Hindi.

Educational Qualification for  Computer Programmer

• B. Tech/ B. E in any one of the following branches Computer science,IT, Electronics, Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication/ Instrumentation. or MCA/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/  M.Sc (IT).
  (OR)
• One year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) with M.sc.

• A graduate degree from Commerce/ Economics/ Science/ Math/ Statistics from any recognized university/ Board with a diploma (3 years) in Computer Engineering.
  (OR)
• Graduate degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Science/ Maths/ Statistics from a recognized University/ Board with a post-graduate degree in MCA/ M. Sc (Computer Science)/  M.Sc (IT)

Besides the above-mentioned criteria, the candidate must also have a one-year post qualification experience as on 31/07/2024 in software development, implementation, and operation in addition to the above educational qualifications from a recognized institute. Besides that, deep knowledge of networking and RDMS (Relational Database Management Systems) is compulsory.
