    • M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related fields from a recognized university.
  4. Scientist ‘B’ (Hydrogeology) Group ‘A’ & Assistant (Hydrogeologist) Group ‘B’ in CGWB:
    • Master’s degree in Geology, Applied Geology, or Hydrogeology from a recognized university.
  5. Assistant (Chemist) Group ‘B’ in CGWB:
    • Master of Science or Integrated Master of Science in Chemistry or related fields from a recognized university.

Important Dates

  • Last Date for Online Application: 24th September 2024, till 18:00 Hrs
  • Preliminary Examination Date: To be notified later
  • Main Examination Date: 21st & 22nd June 2025

How to Apply

  1. Online Application: Candidates are required to apply online through the UPSC website.
    • Registration: First, complete the One Time Registration (OTR) on the UPSC OTR Platform.
    • Application Form: After OTR, proceed to fill the online application for the Combined Geo-Scientist Examination 2025.
