श्रम संसाधन विभाग, निदेशालय; नियोजन एवं प्रशिक्षण (प्रशिक्षण पक्ष), बिहार, पटना ने औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा (ITICAT)-2024 के अंतर्गत बिहार राज्य के सरकारी औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों (ITI) की III ट्रेड की सीटों पर प्रवेश हेतु 1st और 2nd राउंड की ऑनलाइन काउंसलिंग के लिए पंजीकरण और विकल्प भरने के कार्यक्रम में संशोधन किया है।

यह संशोधन पत्रांक सं.स. टी-2 नामां. -(G)-01/2024-2144 दिनांक 02.08.2024 के अनुसार किया गया है। जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने ITICAT-2024 में भाग लिया है, उन्हें सलाह दी जाती है कि वे निम्नलिखित संशोधित तिथियों के अनुसार अपनी प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।

संशोधित काउंसलिंग शेड्यूल:

Instructions for Online Choice Filling and Counselling

1. Online Choice Filling/Counselling Process:
   • Visit the Online Counselling Portal of ITICAT-2024.
   • Click on “Click here for New Registration” to register for online counselling.
   • Fill in the required information to complete the registration.
2. Choice Filling:
   • Log in to your account using your User ID and Password.
   • Fill in the choices of institutes and trades as per your preference.
   • You can edit your choices until the last date of choice filling.
   • Lock your choices once you are satisfied with your selection.
   • If changes are needed after locking, click “Unlock Choices” and verify with OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email.
3. Choice Locking and OTP Authentication:
   • Ensure to lock your choices before the last date; otherwise, they will be automatically locked.
   • The entire process of registration, choice locking, and unlocking will be authenticated via OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates need to bring the following documents for document verification:

1. Academic Documents:
   • Original Admit Card, Mark Sheet, and Provisional Certificate of Matric or equivalent exam.
   • Original Caste Certificate (if applicable).
   • Original Residential Certificate.
   • Character Certificate.
2. Additional Documents:
   • Copy of Aadhar Card.
   • Six passport-size photographs (same as on the Admit Card of ITICAT-2024).
   • Original Admit Card of ITICAT-2024.
   • Rank Card of ITICAT-2024.
   • Printout of the Online Filled Application Form (Part-A & Part-B).
   • Three copies of the Provisional Allotment Order.
   • Verification Slip and Biometric Form (two copies each).
