CG Forest Ranger Selection Process has two stages.

  • Stage 1: Written Exam (Paper 1 and Paper 2)
  • Interview

Forest Ranger written exam.

In the written exam the questions will be asked in multiple choice type means objective type.

 A total of 150 questions will be asked time will be given 2 hours 30 minutes and a total of 300 marks will be allotted.

 there will be negative marking in the written exam. most probably it will be one by third of total marks allotted.

 the language of question paper will be Hindi and English.

 but the language questions will be in that particular language like Hindi or English aur Chhattisgarhi.

 in the written exam at least 33% mandatory to attend an interview, for SC, ST and OBC category students must get at least 23% marks.

  Interview

Part -2 – Language (Hindi, English, and Chhattisgarh)

(1) General Hindi Language – Comprehension, Understanding. Precis Writing, Synonytiis and Antonytns, Homonytiis and their meaning, meaningful words for a phrase. Vocabulary and usage.

it Is and with some changes, word and sentence correction.

(2) General English – Comprehension. Precis Writing. Rearrangement and Correction of Sentences, Synonyms, Antonyms, Filling the Blanks, Correction of Spellings. Vocabulary and usage.
