Chemistry of Proteins Classification based on solubility, shape and size. Physical properties: salting in and salting out, denaturation, peptide bond. Structure of protein: primary, secondary, tertiary and quaternary structure.

UNIT-IV:

Chemistry of Lipids Definition, classification and functions of lipids.
