Dutch School Holidays -2021 : Check Complete List Of Primary (basisonderwijs) & Secondary School Vacation :- Netherlands Government has announced the summer vacations or the famous summer holidays and other vacations for all government and government aided schools in Netherlands . The notice released by the Directorate of Education, Netherlands states that the summer vacations or holidays this year too would be observed as per the usual time. Netherlands Summer Vacations for all government and government aided schools would commence from May 11 and end on June 30.

This year, however, the notice reads that due to the present situation, students shall not be called to the schools for any teaching learning activity during the summer vacations. Parents may please note that the notice is for the government and government aided schools. Private schools in the city would be announcing the summer vacations as per their own academic calendar
The notice has asked all heads of schools to accordingly inform the teachers and the students. The classes for this academic session started online. Netherlands Government has also started broadcast of the learning channels on Swayam Prabha. All students were also promoted to the next class in the city.
Schools in the country have been closed from as early as March 16. With extended lockdowns, the schools and colleges continue to remain closed. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, though many restrictions have been lifted in the green zones, the schools and colleges across the country remain closed.
