Step-by-Step Process:

1. Visit the Official Website:

• Go to bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.

1. Rank Card Download:

• Click on the “Rank Card of DCECE-2024” link.
• Enter your roll number and date of birth to download your rank card.

1. Online Registration:

• Click on the “Online Counselling Portal of DCECE [PE]-2024”.
• Select “Click here for New Registration”.
• Enter the required details to complete your registration.
• Registration, choice locking, and unlocking will be done through OTP authentication sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

1. Choice Filling:

• Log in to the portal and fill in your choices for the desired courses and institutions.
• Ensure that you lock your choices before the last date. Unlocked choices will not be considered.

• Candidates must bring the original and self-attested photocopies of the required documents to their assigned Reporting/Nodal Centre for verification.

• Original and photocopy of the Matriculation or equivalent examination admit card, mark sheet, and certificate.
• Original admit card of DCECE-2024 with six additional photographs.
• Original caste certificate.
• Original residential certificate.
• Character certificate.
• Any other relevant certificates as mentioned in the prospectus, such as SMQ certificate, EWS certificate, disability certificate, etc.
• Copy of Aadhar Card.
• Hard copy of the online application form (Part-A and Part-B).
