Selection procedure for Guru Jambheshwar University Admission:

For M.Tech-Admission will be entirely based on merit of GATE Score. If the seats still remain vacant, the same will be filled on the basis of the merit of entrance examination conducted by the University plus weightage of Sports.

For M.Pharm-Admission will be made on the basis of merit of valid GPAT score. When sufficient GPAT qualified candidates are not available, admission may be given to non-GPAT candidates on the basis of merit of entrance test score.

For M.Sc.-Admission will be made on the basis of merit list of Entrance Test to be conducted by the University subject to fulfilling of other conditions given in the University Prospectus.

For Master of Physiotherapy-Admission will be made on the basis of merit list of Entrance Test to be conducted by the University.

For MBA-Admission will be made on the basis of merit of CAT score 2024 with minimum cut-off 40 percentile. If the seats still remain vacant, the same will be filled on the basis of the merit of entrance test conducted by the University as per the admission criteria.

For M.Com-Admission will be made on the basis of merit list of Entrance Test to be conducted by the University.

For MBA-Part Time (Evening)– Admission shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in entrance test, and One Year working experience after graduation.

For Under Graduate Programmes(Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences & B.Pharmacy 2nd Year through (LEET))-Admission to these courses will be made on the basis of merit list of Entrance Test conducted by the University.

For B.Tech. And B.Tech.(2nd year LEET)-Admission will be done  by online counseling conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), Panchkula.

Counseling Procedure for Guru Jambheshwar University Admission:

• Entrance Test comprising of 100 questions of 1 mark each.
• The duration of exam will be of 1½ hours duration and will consist of multiple choice (objective type) questions with one correct answer.
