NICMAR Eligibility Criteria:

Name of Course	Eligibility Criteria for NICMAR PG Admission
Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. All students who successfully complete this programme are expected to join their family businesses and hence no placement assistance is provided by NICMAR.
One Year Post Graduate Programme in Contemporary Smart City Development and Management	Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Work experience will be an added advantage.
One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks against NICMAR Admission.
One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline OR Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.

NICMAR Application Fee:

Application Form for all the above Courses can be obtained from NICMAR Pune on payment of Rs. 1610/- (Application Fee) + Rs. 290/- (GST @ 18%) = Rs. 1900/- for one programme or Rs. 2118/- (Application Fee) + Rs. 382/- (GST @ 18%) = Rs. 2500/- for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of “NICMAR, Pune” against NICMAR Admission.

NICMAR Admission Process:

Admission to above courses will be done on basis of their performance in NCAT & PI Exam which will be conducted on 23-04-2024 and 24-04-2024 against NICMAR PI Admission.

Registered candidates can login by entering the User Name, Password and Security Code.
Now fill the online application form with entire information in an appropriate manner.
Upload digital images of their documents (if required) and fill fee details and submit it.

Offline Mode for NICMAR Admission:
