2. Geophysicist Group ‘A’ in Geological Survey of India & Scientist ‘B’ (Geophysics) Group ‘A’ in CGWB:
   • M.Sc. in Physics, Applied Physics, Geophysics, or related fields from a recognized university.
3. Chemist Group ‘A’ in Geological Survey of India & Scientist ‘B’ (Chemical) in CGWB:
   • M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or related fields from a recognized university.
4. Scientist ‘B’ (Hydrogeology) Group ‘A’ & Assistant (Hydrogeologist) Group ‘B’ in CGWB:
   • Master’s degree in Geology, Applied Geology, or Hydrogeology from a recognized university.
5. Assistant (Chemist) Group ‘B’ in CGWB:
   • Master of Science or Integrated Master of Science in Chemistry or related fields from a recognized university.

How to Apply

1. Online Application: Candidates are required to apply online through the UPSC website.
   • Registration: First, complete the One Time Registration (OTR) on the UPSC OTR Platform.
