राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय (RHC) ने System Assistant पदों के लिए सीधी भर्ती की घोषणा की है। कुल 2313 रिक्तियां हैं, और इच्छुक उम्मीदवार निर्धारित स्वरूप में ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। चयनित उम्मीदवार स्थायी अवधि में एक स्थिर मासिक धनराशि के साथ स्थायी रूप से नियुक्त होंगे और सफल पूर्णता के बाद, मैट्रिक्स स्तर L-8 के अनुसार वेतनमान मिलेगा।

रिक्तियों की संख्या एवं आरक्षण (Number of Vacancies & Reservation) :-

नोट:-

i. उपर्युक्त रिक्त पदों की संख्या में भर्ती प्रक्रिया के दौरान किसी भी समय नियमानुसार कमी या बढोतरी की जा सकती है, जिसके लिए पुनः विज्ञप्ति / शुद्धिपत्र जारी नहीं किया जायेगा।

ii. सीधी भर्ती हेतु विज्ञापित पदों पर अभ्यर्थियों का चयन करते समय, विज्ञापित पदों के 50 प्रतिशत से अनधिक, अतिरिक्त रिक्तियों के प्रोद्भूत होने पर, अतिरिक्त आवश्यकता की पूर्ति के लिए उपयुक्त अभ्यर्थियों का चयन भी किया जा सकेगा।

न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Minimum Academic Qualification)-

A candidate for direct recruitment must be:

B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent degree from recognized University established by Law in India or Graduate in any subject from recognized University with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA) or ‘A’ Level Course from the Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes (DOEACC) or Post Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Applications or 3 years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Applications/Information Technology or Equivalent from a Polytechnic Institution recognized by the Government.

शारीरिक उपयुक्तता (Physical Fitness) –

आवेदक को मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होना चाहिए और उसमें किसी प्रकार का ऐसा कोई मानसिक एवं शारीरिक नुक्स नहीं होना चाहिए, जिससे सेवा के सदस्य के रूप में उसके कर्तव्यों का दक्षतापूर्वक पालन करने में बाधा आने की संभावना हो। आवेदक के चयन होने की स्थिति में उसे नियुक्ति प्राधिकारी (Appointing Authority) द्वारा उस प्रयोजन के लिए अधिसूचित किसी चिकित्सा प्राधिकारी का इस आशय का प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

7- राष्ट्रीयता (Nationality)-

सेवा में नियुक्ति के अभ्यर्थी के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि वह :-

(क) भारत का नागरिक हो (A citizen of India). या

(ख) नेपाल का नागरिक हो (A citizen of Nepal). या

(ग) भूटान का प्रजाजन हो (A subject of Bhutan)

परन्तुक- प्रवर्ग (ख) और (ग) से सम्बन्धित अभ्यर्थी, वह व्यक्ति होगा जिसके पक्ष में भारत सरकार द्वारा पात्रता का प्रमाण-पत्र दिया गया है।

8- आयु (Age):-

A candidate for direct recruitment to the Service must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 40 years, on the first day of January next following (01.01.2025) the last date fixed for receipt of the application:

(1) the upper age limit shall be relaxed by five years in the case of the member of the Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe or Other Backward Class or More Backward Classes or Economically Weaker Sections or Women candidates

iii. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers in the Written Test.

iv. Marks obtained in the written test shall be counted for the final process of selection.

The competitive examination shall be held to test the ability of the candidate in the following subjects and each subject will carry the number of marks shown as under

Part-A Computer Knowledge SYLLABUS

a. Overview to Computer: Evolution of Computers & its applications. Basics of Hardware and Software, Latest IT gadgets and their applications.,Central Processing Unit, Input devices, Output devices, Computer Memory & storage.,Application Software, Systems Software, Utility Software, Open Source and Proprietary Software, Mobile Apps.

b. Data Representation: Number system (Binary, Decimal, Octal and Hexadecimal).ASCII code, Unicode, BCD, Grey, XS3, EBCDIC.Complement, addition, subtraction, overflow, Floating point representation.

C. Introduction to Operating System: Basics of Operating System.Operating Systems for Desktop, Laptop, Mobile Phone and Tablet,Concepts of files and its types.Microsoft Windows- An overview of different versions of Windows, Basic Windows elements, User interface, Task BaR,Icons & shortcuts, Operating System simple setting, using mouse and changing its properties, changing system date and time. changing display properties, adding, removing & sharing Printers, File and Folder management, types of file extensions. System tools Disk cleanup, Disk defragmenter, Notepad, Paint, WordPad etc.

Command Prompt Directory navigation, path setting, creating and using batch files Drives, files, directories, directory structure.

Linux What is Open Source, Overview of Linux, Linux Origins, Running Commands, Getting Help, Linux File Hierarchy Concepts, Some Important Directories, Current Working Directory, File and Directory Names, Absolute and Relative Pathnames, Changing Directories, Listing Directory Contents, Copying Files and Directories, Moving and Renaming Files and Directories, Creating and Removing Files. Creating and Removing Directories. d. Data Processing: Word Processing (MS-Word), Spread Sheet Software (MS Excel), Presentation Software (MS PowerPoint), DBMS Software (MS-Access)

Data Communication and Network Technologies:Introduction to Computer Networks, LAN, WAN, MAN etc.Communication Systems, Signal and data, Transmission modes,Synchronous and asynchronous transmission. Transmission Media: Guided Media (Twisted pair, Co-axial cable,Optical fiber).

Introduction to Communication Protocols Internet Addressing Scheme: IP and MAC.Networks Layers/Models, Networking Devices.network security ,Introduction to Firewalls and its utility,

Those candidates who secure minimum 40% marks in case of Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes & Persons with Benchmark Disabilities and 45% marks in case of other categories, in the written test, shall be eligible for appearing in the type writing test on computer, subject to the extent of 5 times of the number of vacancies (category-wise) but in the said range all those candidates who secure the same percentage of marks shall be included.

Type-Writing Test on Computer shall consist of two

परीक्षा का स्थान, माह एवं दिनांक (Place, Month and Date of Examination)-

राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा परीक्षा जोधपुर एवं जयपुर में आयोजित किए जाने की संभावना है परन्तु अधिक संख्या में अवेदन प्राप्त होने की दशा में परीक्षा अन्य सभागों / जिलों में भी आयोजित की जा सकती है। परीक्षा के माह व दिनाक के संबंध में सूचना पृथक् से प्रसारित की जाएगी। परीक्षा आयोजित किए जाने के स्थान, माह एवं दिनांक में परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय के पास सुरक्षित है।

प्रवेश-पत्र (Admission Card)

राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा प्रवेश पत्र अधिकृत वेबसाईट पर Upload किये जाएंगे तथा डाक से कोई प्रवेश पत्र नहीं भेजा जाएगा। परीक्षा की तिथि घोषित होने के उपरान्त अभ्यर्थियों के प्रवेश पत्र Upload किए जाने की सूचना अधिकृत वेबसाईट पर प्रसारित की जाएगी। आवेदक अपने (i) User Name एवं (ii) Password एवं (iii) Captcha Code के आधार पर अपना प्रवेश पत्र वेबसाईट से Download कर सकेंगे

  4. प्रदत्त निर्देशों के अनुसार परीक्षा शुल्क जमा करें।
  5. आवेदन पत्र सबमिट करें और भविष्य के लिए प्रिंटआउट लें।
