The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), previously known as Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) is responsible for regulating and promoting Cost and Management Accountancy in the country. ICMAI also conducts the examinations for the different CMA level courses; namely, 1) intermediate course, 2) Foundation course, 3) final course.

ICMAI CMA Result 2024 news:
ICMAI has announced CMA foundation result, final result and intermediate result as well on February 19, 2024. The result date is same for all 3 courses.
ICMAI had conducted CMA exams from December 10th to December 17th, 2024 for all three courses; foundation, inter and final. The foundation exams were conducted from December 10th-13th, and inter and final exams were held on dates between December 10th-17th.
In a notification published at the main website (icmai.in), ICMAI had stated that “Result of December 2024 Term of Examination will be available on 19 Feb-2024 at the following servers: www.examicmai.org and www.examicmai.in.”

After visiting any of the above mentioned websites, students who appeared for the ICMAI CMA December 2024 examinations, will have to select the result notification for their course (out of foundation/inter/final) and then login using their unique identification number. The identification number format for students who registered for Dec 2024 exams is as EF0000001234.

ICMAI Passing Marks
According to the ICMAI, students have to obtain minimum 40% marks in each paper of the group and 50% aggregate marks in total in non-exempted papers of that group.
However, the students who appears for both group papers of Intermediate or final exams, with/without any exemption, have to obtain at least 40% marks in each paper and at least 50% aggregate marks in both groups when combined.
ICMAI Merit/Rank/Toppers List
Along with the publication of results, ICMAI also releases the top merit holders list at its website. The toppers list is released separately for ICMAI CMA intermediate syllabus, final syllabus and foundation syllabus exams held in December 2024.
