JIPMER PG Paper Pattern
- Mode: The entrance examination will be conducted in online (Computer Based Test) only.
- Date: JIPMER PG 2024 January session will be held on November 19, 2017 (Sunday). MD/MS Exam will be conducted from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and DM/MCH will be held from 03:00 pm to 4:30 pm
- Duration: The maximum time allotted to complete the MD/MS test is three hours (3 hours) and DM/MCH test is 1hour 30minutes.
- Admit card: The venue, date, time of entrance examination will be mentioned in JIPMER PG admit card. Applicants without admit card will not be allowed to appear for entrance test.
- Distribution of questions: JIPMER PG exam will contain 100 questions from Basic Clinical Sciences and 150 questions from Clinical Sciences subjects.
- Marking scheme: For every correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded to the candidates, while one mark is to be deducted for an incorrect response. There will be no negative marking for unanswered questions.
- Exam centres: The online entrance test will be conducted tentatively in 10 JIPMER PG exam centres.
