Bihar ITI Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates should have passed 10th or equivalent qualification in Maths and Science from Bihar school education board or CBSE. They must clear the subjects of qualifying examination such as Maths, Physics, and Chemistry individually to apply for Bihar ITI Application Form 2024.
- Applicants who are appearing in the qualifying examination or equivalent can also fill Bihar ITICAT Application Form. However, they need to produce the passing certificate of 10th or equivalent at the time of counseling.
- Candidates who want to apply for IT Sector are needed to pass 10th or equivalent qualification with science subjects.
- For Non-science courses, applicant should pass 10th or equivalent in any subject.

Nationality /Residential Criteria
- Only Indian citizens with any of the following criteria can apply for ITI CAT 2024:
- Those candidates whose parents are the permanent resident of Bihar
- Those candidates whose parents are not permanent residents of Bihar, but serving under the Govt. of Bihar/Central Govt. /Public Undertaking or any University in the State of Bihar.
- A candidate should be an Indian citizen
Age Limit:
Minimum age of applying aspirants for Bihar ITI Entrance Exam should be 14 years as on 1st August 2024. For Mechanic Tractor and Motor vehicle trade applicants the minimum age limit must be 17 years. Relaxation in age is not applicable.
Physical Fitness
Applicants will have to go through a medical test and after passing that test they will be considered eligible for admission.

Bihar ITI Fee Details:
Candidates are required to pay application fee as per their category which is mentioned below. Payment of fee will be paid either through Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card or by bank challan and fee description as shown below:

Bihar ITI Admission:
Applicants will be selected for Bihar ITI 2024 Admission on the basis of their performance in Bihar Industrial Training Institute Competitive Admission Test which will be organized by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.
Based on Bihar ITI Merit List, students will be given colleges on the basis of Bihar ITI Counselling procedure. Further, selected candidates as per Bihar ITI Merit List 2024 candidates will be further called for Bihar ITI Counselling. Final selection of appliers will be based on performance in Bihar ITICAT Counselling and verification process.
